    2-3 minutes before the readiness to pour in sour cream. Gently stir the liver with vegetables so that the sauce evenly envelops each piece. Bring to light boiling over low heat — this will allow sour cream to open its soft creamy taste and make the dish especially delicate and juicy. Make sure that the mass does not boil too much, otherwise sour cream can spread.
