Prepare the ingredients: mushrooms, bacon, pasta from solid wheat, greens, butter, cream, cheese and spices. I use tortillas — large tubes, but other types of pasta are also suitable, including spaghetti and flu.
With fresh champignons, in my opinion, it comes out fragrant. And buying such mushrooms is usually not difficult. If you have frozen white mushrooms, then you can use them.
Cheese is suitable for hard or semi -hard, any of your choice. An interesting sauce will turn out if you add cottage cheese with a piquant aroma instead of hard. Cream is suitable for oily, at least 20%.
Tip: butter is suitable for 72.5% with fat content, it is not necessary to use more expensive 83% here. However, I do not advise you to replace it with a spread below 72%.
Spices and seasonings with a bright taste in this dish are better not to use, fresh ground white or black pepper with salt is an ideal set. And parsley can be replaced with a small amount of thyme.
The bacon for paste with mushrooms in the form of thin slices is convenient to prepare and perfect in texture. If this is not in the store, take a regular bacon, which is sold by a whole piece.

Pour pasta into boiling water and cook 2 minutes less than indicated on the package. My pasta was boiled for 10 minutes.

The finished mushroom fluid should be completely evaporated. However, it is not necessary to reorgate them to the state of crackers. If the pasta is not yet ready, remove the stewpan from the heat.

Immediately shift the finished pasta to the mushrooms and bacon, pour in the creamy-sophisticated sauce and mix thoroughly. Try, if there is not enough salt, add to taste.

Return to the stove and at power slightly below the maximum warm the paste with bacon and mushrooms for 2-3 minutes.

Paste with bacon and mushrooms in creamy sauce is ready. Immediately lay out on plates and serve to the table hot. You can additionally sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
