Prepare the necessary ingredients for the recipe for stewed potatoes with meat in a cauldron.
Which meat to choose for cooking is a matter of everyone's taste. I love pork, and not very fat. You can cook on beef, lamb, turkey, chicken. When using more fatty meat, the dish will turn out to be more juicy, rich and satisfying.

Pour in vegetable oil into a cauldron and warm up well. Dip the chopped meat into hot oil.
Instead of vegetable oil, ghee or animal fat can be used.

Fry over high heat for 8-10 minutes to golden color from all sides, periodically turning on one side to the other.
