First of all, we will prepare a dry mix. To do this, in a separate bowl, mix wheat flour, a pinch of fine salt and a baking powder of dough. We sift everything through a sieve to exclude lumps and additionally saturate the mixture with air.

When the mixture becomes completely homogeneous, you can add raisins. It needs to be pre -prepared — be sure to my raisins and well dry with a cloth or paper towel. After that, pour cognac or other fragrant alcohol, but this is out of desperation. We give the raisher to absorb a drink into ourselves — we just leave for a couple of hours (so we prepare raisins in advance). You can generally fill in raisins with alcohol in the evening, put it in the refrigerator, and the next day the cupcake furnace.

We bake the metropolitan cupcake in a preheated oven at an average level of 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Then we reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for about 40-45 minutes.
