To prepare delicious and fragrant homemade pies, we will need the following ingredients: wheat flour of the highest grade, kefir, sugar, vegetable oil without smell, fresh strawberries, corn starch, high yeast and salt. In addition, to lubricate the blanks, we take egg yolk, sugar and water.

For yeast dough in a bowl, we sift 750 grams of wheat flour.

We collect the edges of the dough to the center, hiding the berry. We very carefully pinch the seam, and then put the workpiece on it.

Thus, we form the rest of the blanks and lay them on a baking sheet, covered with high -quality parchment paper. We cover with a light towel and give a proof for 25-30 minutes.
