To prepare delicious and crispy cheese crackers, we need only 2 ingredients — white bread and cheese.

From white bread with a sharp knife (the knife-saw knife is best suited here), remove the thin layer of crust so that the crumb remains. By the way, this step can be skipped, if you want — just a crust after baking sometimes it turns out too hard.

Now we cut the bread pulp in small cubes or bar — as you like. Fresh bread during cutting can crumble a lot, but yesterday it practically does not crumble.

Grind any hard or half -hard cheese on a medium grater.

We put bread slices on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

Sprinkle with chopped cheese (if the cheese is not salted, you can additionally salted everything) and put it in the oven preheated to 180-190 degrees to the average level of minutes by 20-25.
