Sort the plum for the plum. Delete defective and worm fruits. Use plums without mechanical damage and signs of damage. Rinse it well with cold water.

Pour sugar to the plum. White sugar can be replaced with brown, then the plum will turn out with a thin caramel note.

Cover tightly with a lid and shake well. Send in a dark place for 6-7 days. Every day the contents of the jar must be shaken so that the sugar completely dissolves. During this time, sugar will absorb the remains of vodka and pull out all the juice from the drain.

Pour plum syrup to a domestic plum. Mix. Send to a dark place for a month.
