Hi all.

Today we have an Asian story. It seems to be nothing special — noodles, fish minced meat, tomato sauce, but in the end it turned out a very interesting dish.

Product set:

  • Egg noodles, 200 gr.
  • Minced meat from tunets, 200 gr.
  • Cream cheese, 100 gr.
  • Tomato sauce, 100 gr.
  • Onions, 50 gr.
  • Green onion
  • Garlic, 1-2 teeth
  • Syrach sauce, to taste
  • Vegetable oil, salt

We boil water, suck, put the noodles, cook for three minutes, turn off.

Cut the onions with a cube, cut the green thin at an angle, finely chop the garlic.

Fry the minced meat, onions and garlic over high heat for a couple of minutes.

Pour the tomato sauce, add siec, cream cheese, pour 150 ml of noodle water, mix, prepare a minute.

Add noodles, mix, warm up for a minute, remove from heat.

We lay out on the bowls, sprinkle with green onions and serve.
