Prepare the ingredients for pickled salad of tomatoes with onions. I use cocktail orange and red tomatoes in the recipe, as well as small yellow tomatoes for the beauty and juiciness of shades. Instead of cocktail tomatoes, cherry tomatoes are ideal. You can cut into slices and ordinary large tomatoes.
Fact: yellow tomatoes are usually not as sweet as red or orange.
Almost any onions are suitable for the recipe. If you like a more acute taste, then you can take a regular on -hand. For a softer and piquant aroma, white onion is suitable, and the tears will give a completely unusual taste and much less acute.
My recipe uses round sharp pepper — very small, but its halves are enough to obtain refreshing, but moderate acuity. Initially, a half of Chile pepper was in the recipe. If there is no fresh pepper, then you can replace it with a pinch of dried red pepper (not sweet!).
Tip: instead of honey, you can use 1 tsp. brown sugar.
Anyone is also suitable for vegetable oil if there was no olive at hand. However, I do not recommend using liquid refined coconut or unrefined sunflower oil, they will spoil the taste. Apple cider vinegar can be replaced with ordinary dining rooms, but take less — 1 tablespoon.

Cut the parsley. You can smallly or a little larger — as you like more.

In a small bowl, combine apple cider vinegar with honey and mix thoroughly.
Tip: Honey is better to choose with the least pronounced aroma, for example, buckwheat is worse than meadow or from multi -grass.
If the honey is too thick, then you should melt it in a microwave oven with short pulses or in a water bath: put a refractory plate in a small pan with boiling water so that it almost does not contact with the liquid. Put honey in a plate and, stirring, achieve its complete dissolution.

Pour 3-4 tbsp. l. Olive or other vegetable oil and mix thoroughly again.

Add sweet mustard and chopped sharp pepper. I strongly recommend cutting pepper in disposable gloves. And after use — wash the knife and a board with soap, and throw the gloves. Do not touch your face with a hand that touched the cut pepper!
Tip: It is desirable that the seeds of spicy pepper do not fall into the salad, they enhance the severity.

Squeeze the garlic in the marinade and mix again.

Add previously chopped parsley and stir well.

Cut the tomatoes with halves or quarters. There is no need to smell very much, it is enough to cut cherry in half.

Cut the onion into thin half rings.

Combine vegetables and marinade in a deep bowl.

Mix and cover with cling film or a special “hat”. Remove in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. When insisted, mix 2-3 times.
