Choose a deep pan to make rice with pumpkin. Pour in refined vegetable oil. Warm up. Add chopped onions with garlic.

Fry garlic with onions for a couple of minutes over medium heat so that the vegetables are slightly softer.

Peel the carrots. Rinse. Grate on a coarse grater. Add carrot chips to fried vegetables.

Rinse the pumpkin. Clean from the peel. Remove the seeds and fibers. The weight of the peeled pumpkin — 265 g.
Cut the pumpkin with cubes, approximately 1×1 cm. Add to the pan to the rice. Fry for a couple of minutes on moderate heat, stirring.
