Prepare the necessary ingredients for a yeast pie with apples.
For the test, it is best to use kefir of medium or high fat content — from 2.5% to 3.2%. It helps yeast to work better and makes the cake of the pie especially tender. Kefir should be at room temperature, as a cold kefir slows down the process of activation of yeast. Instead of kefir, fermented or yogurt is perfect. A slightly smoking kefir can also be used to prepare yeast dough.
