Preparation: Step 1

  • Prepare the necessary ingredients for cooking tobacco chicken.

  • Step 7

    Peel the garlic and cut with plates or grate.

  • Step 8

    Thoroughly grate the chicken on the entire surface on both sides with a mixture of spices. Add half the chopped garlic. Leave for 60 minutes at room temperature.

    You can also cover and place the carcass in the refrigerator for longer pickling.

  • Step 9

    Heat a convenient large pan with the addition of vegetable oil. Add the remaining garlic.

  • Step 10

    Gently shift the carcass of chicken into a pan cut down with a cut.

  • Step 11

    It is advisable to install oppression on top — take a severe ceramic shape. You can also put on it, for example, a kettle of water or a pan for weighting.

    Fry tobacco chicken over high heat on one side for 5-7 minutes.

    Then turn the carcass on the back and fry for another 5-7 minutes.

  • Step 14

    Prepare a baking sheet and cover it with parchment.

    Transfer chicken into it, close it with foil and install a ceramic shape on top.

    Remove the chicken tobacco in the oven. Bake for 30 minutes on one side.

  • Step 16

    Turn the carcass and bake another 30 minutes on the other side.
