  • Step 2

    Cut the fish with medium pieces. Salt and pepper. It is better to do it in advance and let it lie down for 10 minutes so that the fish is a little marveled.

  • Step 3

    Prepare vegetables.

    Cut the potatoes with a small cube (about 2 cm).

    Grind broccoli and colored cabbage slightly.

  • Step 4

    Boil water in a pan, throw a good pinch of salt and throw potatoes.

    Cook about 3 minutes.

    Add cauliflower to the potatoes and cook for a couple of minutes.

    Then put broccoli, cook for another 1 minute, turn off the fire.
    The vegetables in the end are semi -finished, this is enough for them to reach the desired softness already in the oven.

    You can already turn on the oven up to 200 ° C.

  • Step 7

    Throw away the vegetables on a colander and let it go well. After that, mix and put in the form.

    The shape can be lubricated with vegetable oil.

  • Step 8

    Pour half the cheese on top. It will melt between vegetables, creating a traction layer.

  • Step 9

    Lay out pieces of fish on top of vegetables. Press your palm a bit so that all layers lay tightly — then a fish casserole with vegetables and cheese will turn out juicy and dense.

  • Step 10

    Add a little salt, pepper and 1 tbsp to the cream. A spoonful of starch — this will make the fill thicker and allow it to grab with baking. Stir well and pour the contents of the shape. Prepare a fish casserole in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.

  • Step 11

    Get out the casserole and sprinkle the remaining cheese. Put for a couple more minutes in the oven.

    If the pieces of fish are not thick, and the vegetables were already ready, then the casserole will prepare exactly during this time. And it is important to put in an already preheated oven.

    Remove from the oven, let stand for 5-10 minutes.

    Since it has cheese and potatoes, it should not freeze it. It is better to eat for 1-2 days.
