    Peel the mushrooms and cut into large pieces — about 1 cm thick.

    Transfer mushrooms with onions into a separate container.

    In the same utensil, heat the remaining half of the vegetable oil. Put pieces of turkey and fry until golden crust over high heat for about 10-15 minutes.

    Add fried mushrooms and sour cream to the turkey.

  • Step 11

    Mix thoroughly and cover with a lid, send to the fire just above the average (4/6 for an electric stove) and simmer 15-20 minutes after the appearance of the first bubbles.

  • Step 12

    Remove the dish from the stove, add 1-2 cloves of garlic, black pepper and salt to taste. Warm for another 2-3 minutes.

  • Step 13

    Serve a turkey in sour cream sauce with mushrooms with your favorite side dish, decorating with greens. In my case, a steamed long -grain rice prepared in a double boiler. Bon appetit!
