Today we will prepare Chinese Vontons. In fact, the same dumplings, but they will cook in spicy broth and the filling will be with the spirit of distant wanderings)).
Product set:
- Ready dough for dumplings, 240 gr.
- Chicken minced meat, 200 gr.
- Shrimp, 6 pcs.
- Soy sauce, 50 ml
- Garlic, 1-2 teeth
- Green onions
- Bay leaf
- Fragrant pepper, 3-4 peas
- Black pepper, vegetable oil, salt
We clean the shrimp, remove the esophagus, chop finely. We also chop the garlic and green onions.
Mix minced meat, shrimp, onions, garlic in a bowl, 3 tbsp. l. cold water, 0.25 teaspoon of salt and pepper. We beat off several times about a bowl or board.
We sculpt Vontons in any convenient way.
In 1.5 liters of water, add soy sauce, bay leaf, fragrant pepper, bring to a boil, boil the vontones in two or three sunses a couple of minutes after surfacing.
We serve, watering with a broth and decorating green onions or cilantro with feathers.
