Hi all.
This salad in our family has been present for more than 16 years and all the more strange that its name is found on the network only once.
In fact, the salad is very simple, inexpensive, balanced and definitely has the right to take a place not only on the everyday, but also on the festive table.
Product set:
- Crab sticks, 200 gr.
- Eggs, 5 pcs.
- Middle salad cucumber, 1 pc.
- Green onions, 2-3 pen
- Mayonnaise, 100 gr.
- Salt to taste
Boil the eggs screwed, cut into a cube. We clean the cucumber, rub on a coarse grater, squeeze from moisture. Small crab sticks and green onions finely.
Mix everything, season with mayonnaise, we are supplied to taste.
Serve.
