Preparation: Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients for the preparation of fish under tomato marinade.
I have small sea pike fillets.
Sugar and lemon juice for a brighter taste. Perhaps you will not be needed, here already try and adjust.
It took me salt about 1 teaspoon.
I take a mixture of peppers. Its composition contains fragrant. If you just have black pepper, then I recommend taking an additional pinch of fabric pepper.
I take a jar of already crushed tomatoes.

Cut on onions and not large carrots with feathers.
Crush the garlic with the flat side of the knife and chop finely.

Pour a spoonful of oil into the pan and fry the onion. In about a minute in 3-4 add carrots, garlic. After another 3 minutes — tomato paste.
Salt, pepper and fry for another minute or two.

After pour the jar of chopped tomatoes with the juice.
Salt again, pepper. Add thyme, lavrushka and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Try and, if necessary, add lemon and sugar juice. If fresh, salt. If not bright to taste, add lemon juice and sugar. Maybe one thing.

The tomato marinade should remain juicy, but not liquid.
A twig of thyme and bay leaf will need to be removed and thrown away.

Cut the fish in small pieces. Pepper, salt and roll in flour.

Fry fish on two sides in vegetable oil.
First fry on a fairly large heat, until golden, on both sides. After the fire, reduce the fire and bring 3-4 minutes to readiness.

Put a small layer of marinade in a not very deep plate or shape, and a layer of fish on top.

And again, a layer of tomato marinade, a layer of fish and end with the same marinade.

Everything, our fish under the tomato marinade is ready.
I am delicious literally at once. And by the way, it is hot. Especially with delicate potato puree.
You can let the fish brew, at least half an hour, and serve like a cold snack.
