We continue the theme of pies on the finished puff test, begun last time.
This time we will prepare a fish pie with rice, eggs and bacon. It will be tasty, satisfying and easy to prepare.
Product set:
- Suffer non -exposure dough, 250 gr.
- Cod fillet, 200 gr.
- Eggs, 2 pcs.
- Onion, 1 pc.
- Bacon s/k, 50 gr.
- Rice, 50 gr.
- Sesame, 3 gr.
- Black pepper, vegetable oil, salt
We cut the fish in small pieces, bacon in thin stripes, onions with a small cube, mix the yolk of one egg with a teaspoon of water, shake.
Boil the rice until cooked.
Fry the bacon over high heat for a couple of minutes, throw it in a colander, put in a bowl to the fish, mix.
Fry the onion for a couple of minutes.
We boil the second egg, finely chop.
Add rice, egg, onion, salt to fish with bacon, weat, pepper to taste, mix.
We roll out the dough, cut in half, put one part in a lubricated shape, distribute, form the sides.

… We cover with the second part of the dough, toss the edges, lubricate with yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and send it to the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
