Preparation: Step 1

For the preparation of flinisies with a banana, you will need a hard or semi -fed tofu without additives, banana and rice flour. It is advisable to take the banana the most ripe and sweet, then additional sweeteners will not be needed. 100 g of banana is about 1 average banana. Rice flour can be replaced with wheat.
For flavoring of flinisies, you can add cinnamon or vanilla, and for additional taste and sweets — about 30 g of raisins. You can fry flinis in any vegetable oil suitable for frying. It will be delicious if you cook them in coconut oil.

Mash the tofu with a fork, add an arbitrarily chopped banana and beat everything together with a submersible blender. You can break through the mass in a bowl of a blender with a S-shaped knife.

You can beat the dough for tofniks until smooth or make it more textured, depending on which cheesecakes you prefer. It should be noted that the banana quickly oxidizes in the air, it becomes gray, so it is advisable to knead the dough as soon as possible so that the flinisies are appetizing.
Put the dough in a large bowl.

Add rice flour to the tofniks and mix. At this stage, you can add spices and raisins. All ingredients in the test should be distributed evenly.

Form flinus. Take 1 tbsp. The dough, roll a more even even ball, add and roll in rice flour. So do with all the test.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the flinises on both sides until golden crust over medium heat. They keep their shape very well during frying, do not fall apart and easily turn over. Ready -made flinkers can be laid out on a paper towel so that excess fat is absorbed.
Tofniki can be frying without oil in a pan with an anti -stick coating, but their crust will differ to taste.

Ready -made flinkers serve portionedly with honey, jam, any jam or sweet sauce, and in the season with fresh berries. You can additionally sprinkle them with sugar powder or chocolate crumb. Delicious lean or vegan rashes with a banana is an excellent healthy nutritious and, at the same time, a light breakfast or a snack. They can also be served as a dessert with hot aromatic tea.
