Hi all.
Today we have an Asian guest — a vegetable salad, the main role in which is played by Daikon.
In principle, you can take a radish, but Daikon has a milder taste, so it is better than it).
Product set:
- Daikon, 1 pc.
- Carrots, 1 pc.
- Cucumber, 1 pc.
- Bulgarian pepper, 1 pc.
- Cisisa, 3-4 branches
- Sesame oil, 5 tbsp. l.
- Soy sauce, 1 tbsp. l.
- Sweet chili sauce, 1 tbsp. l.
- Lemon juice, 1 tbsp. l.
- Garlic, 1 tooth
We cut the cilantro with a smaller one, cut everything else into strips.
We press the garlic, add sesame oil, soy sauce, chili sauce, lemon juice, mix.
Fold all the ingredients in a bowl …
… we refuel, and serve.
