- Cottage cheese 9%, 250 gr.

We remove the zest from the lemon.
Mix 125 gr. Flour with softened butter and a pinch of salt, gradually add cold water (we got 40 ml), knead the dough so that we wrap it out, wrap it in the film, clean the refrigerator.
Mix the egg, cottage cheese, the remaining flour, semolina, sugar, zest and baking powder in a bowl. If the cottage cheese is grain, it is strongly recommended to grind everything through a sieve.
We roll the dough to a thickness of 2-3 mm, cut out the mugs, put it on a baking sheet.
In the center of each we put the cottage cheese mass, we make six vipers, forming the sides and send it to the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
We serve, decorating with something and sprinkling with icing sugar.
