For the recipe, it is best to choose a part of the pulp, which is suitable for extinguishing — for example, a shoulder blade or brisket. Pitch beans will give the dish a characteristic taste and texture, so it is important that it be fresh or high -quality. Tomatoes can be used fresh or canned in a bank.

Cut the meat into small pieces in size about 3-4 cm. The smaller the pieces, the faster they will prepare. But it is important not to make them too small.
Heat in a deep pan or pan with a thick bottom 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. The oil should warm up well, but not smoke. Add chopped pieces of beef and fry them over high heat, turning over, until a golden crust appears from all sides.

Step 3
Cut the onion in small cubes. Finely chop the garlic or crush with a knife.
Add chopped onions and garlic to the meat. Reduce fire and fry for a few more minutes until the onion becomes soft and transparent.

Step 4
Clean carrots and potatoes. Cut the carrots in circles or semicircles. Potatoes — medium -sized cubes.
When the meat and onions are fried, you can add carrots and potatoes. Stir all the ingredients and fry them together for 5-7 minutes so that they are slightly browned.

Step 5
After the vegetables are slightly fried, add chopped tomatoes (or canned).
If the tomatoes are fresh, they can be scalded with boiling water and removed the skin, then cut into cubes. Canned tomatoes can be used directly from the jar. I use immediately wiped tomatoes.
Tomatoes can give a little juice, but for full extinguishing, we need to add liquids. To do this, pour in water or meat broth, about 100 ml. Stir all the ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce the fire to the weak and cover the pan with a lid. Make stew from beef with vegetables over low heat for about 40 minutes, until the meat and potatoes become soft.

Step 6
When the meat and potatoes are almost ready, add patch beans to the pan.
The beans can be added both fresh and frozen. If you use fresh beans, it will need to be cleaned of the tips and cut into small parts (3-4 cm each). If the beans are frozen, you need to pour it in advance with warm water for defrosting.
Stir and continue to simmer for another 15-20 minutes. It is important not to digest the beans, it should remain crispy, but already soft enough.

Step 7
When all the ingredients in the stew became soft and saturated with aromas, taste. If necessary, add salt, pepper and other spices, for example, thyme or ground paprika for additional aroma. My favorite seasoning is smoked paprika.
Sprinkle the finished dish with fresh herbs.

The stew from beef with potatoes is ready. It goes well with fresh crisp bread. Ideal for family dinners or dinners when you need to cook something satisfying, but not too complicated in cooking.
