    Not all apples are suitable for cooking juice. “White Burning”, “Savior”, “Antonovka”, “High -Strength” — it is better to eat fresh.

    Apples should be dense to the touch, without mechanical damage and signs of damage. Overpone and soft fruits with loose pulp are not suitable for cooking juice.

    Prepare apples for homemade juice.

    Pour apples with cold water and rinse well, looking through each fruit. Delete bad apples and not use.

    Pass the purified apples through the juicer. I cook juice in two ways. The first is through the juicer, the second is through the juice. In the first version, the juice is obtained with a sediment. The second option is lighter, without sediment, since the juice is squeezed out of apples under the influence of steam.

    From the specified number of peeled apples, I got 1.6 liters of fresh apple juice. I am ready to drink it right away. It is very rich, tasty and fragrant.

  • Step 5

    Take a dense fabric. Cover in a colander. Strain apple juice to remove foam and small pieces of apples. Marily in this case will not work. It is not necessary to push the remaining foam through the fabric. Most of the sediment and foam will remain on the fabric.

  • Step 6

    Straged apple juice is poured into a pan. Taste to taste. Depending on your taste, add sugar. It took me quite a bit of sugar, since the juice is more sweet than sour. Add a cinnamon stick. This is also not an obligatory ingredient.

    Install home apple juice on moderate fire. Bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 4-5 minutes. If there is a lot of foam on the surface of the juice, remove it with a spoon.

    Fresh juice is very concentrated, therefore, if desired, you can pour 300-400 ml of water.

  • Step 7

    Prepare a container for homemade juice. I will use jars with a volume of 500 ml with screw lids. I’ll blame two jars for the winter, I will leave one for a sample.

    Rinse cans with lids thoroughly with soda. Then rinse well under running cold water to remove the rest of the detergent.

  • Step 8

    Sustically sterilize in a convenient way for you.

    I take a pan, pour water, lower the lids. I install a metal circle for sterilization and a can down on top. I take it to a boil and boiling for about 15 minutes so that the bank warms up well.

  • Step 9
