We already have several recipes for salads, where potatoes play the main role. Today we will continue the topic and prepare with bacon, Bulgarian pepper and pickled cucumbers.
The advantages of this dish are not only a very tasty combination of products, but also its appearance. The salad turns out elegant, unusual, so, as they say, on holiday and in weekdays).
Product set:
- Potato, 500 gr.
- Bulgarian pepper, 2 pcs.
- Bacon, s/c, 150 gr.
- Eggs, 2 pcs.
- Mayonnaise, 100 gr.
- Iceberg salad, 0.5 cabbage
- Pickled cucumbers, 5-6 pcs.
- Grain mustard, 1 tbsp. l.
- Parsley for feed
- Vegetable oil, salt
Boil the eggs screwed, cool, clean. We cut the pepper into thin slices, the bacon is medium. Cucumbers thin circles.
We cut potatoes, cut into small pieces, boil in salted until cooked (18-20 minutes).
Fry the bacon over high heat for 4 minutes, put it on a napkin.
Pour a little oil into the pan, lay out the potatoes, fry, turning it over periodically, to crust (4-5 minutes).
We tear the salad with our hands, put in a deep bowl, add bell pepper, potatoes, bacon, cucumbers, season with mayonnaise and mustard, weak to taste, mix.
We lay out the salad on a suitable dish and serve with slices of boiled eggs and parsley leaves.
