We continue the Italian theme, begun in the last issue. Today we will try to make risotto. I will say right away — the fact that these photographs are not quite a real risotto for two reasons: not that rice and the wrong cheese))). That is, the most important thing that the real risotto is based on, it was just by us who was brazenly replaced!

Well, as they say, ms chuzi, Signori, the necessary ingredients at the moment in our selmag, but I wanted to eat something like that. And, you know, nothing — our risotto, managed, and also has the right to exist!

Let's list:

  • Rice. Here we have an “Indika”, but it should be “Arboro” (looks like this);
  • Cheese. Here we have some kind of nonsense, but there should, of course, “Parmesan”;
  • The picture is not visible, but 1.5 liters of hot chicken broth are fragrant nearby;
  • Raw -capacious bacon;
  • Mushrooms (better, of course white, but champignons will come down);
  • Garlic;
  • Olive oil;
  • Onion;
  • Pepper, salt.

As you can see, nothing special and fully complies with our rules of simplicity and accessibility.

Crucify mushrooms largely:

We spread them into the pan, add a little oil and put them on the fire:

Mushrooms should fry slightly. The process is long. While water is evaporated from them (and from where there is so much there), you can go in the apartment, play with the children, set the fodder to the cat and cut into small pieces of bacon:

The mushrooms finally approached a little, a light crust appeared on them and we spread them on a plate ::

And we dump the cut bacon on the same frying pan and also fry:

We take a pan, pour a little oil to the bottom, fall asleep on the onion and, constantly stirring, slightly fry it over medium heat:

We press the garlic and add to the onion:

There, in a pan, pour out, previously washed, rice. Fry everything, mixing, for 2-3 minutes, until the rice warms up and is covered with oil:

At this moment, our bacon has already been fried and it can be postponed to mushrooms:

Now take it hot Chicken broth and fill them with rice with onions and garlic. We add a bacon with mushrooms there, interfere, try. If necessary, salt, pepper. We bring beauty to a boil:

Now we take a glass or ceramic flat vessel and unload our brew there:

We put it all in the oven, preheated to 200 ° C:

After 20 minutes, pull out. The rice has absorbed part of the broth, but also crunches on his teeth:

Three cheese, add it to the resulting substance, gently mix and level it:

After that, the brainchild of our culinary itch goes to the oven for another twenty minutes. It is necessary that the rice becomes soft.

The most important thing is to break it right there! Serve only hot, sprinkled with grated cheese and good mood:
