  • Prepare all ingredients for tomatoes with minced meat and cheese in the oven.

  • Step 2

  • Step 3

    If the minced meat seems too dry to you, add a couple of spoons of water.

    Turn on the oven at 180 degrees. Let it heat up.

    The middle of the tomatoes is a little salt and pepper.

  • Step 8

    Fill the tomatoes with minced meat. As you can see, I fill in generously, with a hill.

    If the minced meat remains, then take another tomato.

  • Step 9

    Place the tomatoes in the shape, cover the cut off. Add a little water to the form and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees.

  • Step 10

    Bake tomatoes with minced meat and cheese in the oven for about 40-45 minutes.

    I had enough 40 minutes. I have a food thermometer in stock. If it shows the temperature of the minced meat 65 degrees, then I turn off everything and let the stuffed tomatoes stand in the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
