Step 1
To prepare this delicious and fragrant Christmas cupcake, we will need the following ingredients: wheat flour, zuccats, dried fruits, granulated oil, butter, chicken eggs, dark rum or cognac, dough baking powder and salt.

In a few hours (or better days), you need to soak dried fruits (500 grams) in dark roma (50 milliliters). I took 250 grams of colorful pineapples, 150 grams of dried cranberries and 100 grams of raisins.
Step 3
150 grams of almonds need to be cleaned. To do this, put the nuts in a deep bowl and pour with boiling water. Leave on the table until completely cool.

Thanks to such a bath, the skin on the nuts swells and easily moves away from the nucleus. Sit the skin with nails and simply squeeze a clean nut. So we clean all the almonds (the process is quite long, so I recommend doing this in advance).
Step 5
From the total number, we take 50 grams and dry the nuts in a dry pan or in the oven to a light blush. Grind the fragrant almonds to a state of large crumbs. You can chop with a knife or use a blender.
Step 6
We put a tablespoon of wheat flour to soaked centers and dried fruits (take from a total of 250 grams). Mix so that the flour covers all the pieces. Due to this technique, the filler will be evenly distributed according to the volume of dough for the future Christmas cake.
Step 7
Now it's time to do cupcop test. In large dishes (I use deja from the food processor) we put 200 grams of soft butter. In a few hours, you need to get it out of the refrigerator and leave at room temperature. Add 200 grams of sugar.
Step 8
Beat with a mixer at high speed to the almost complete dissolution of sugar crystals (if it remains a little, it is not so important). Beating time depends on the power of your electric assistant. Mine, for example, copes with 10 minutes. After that, add chicken eggs (4 pieces) to the oil cream. We drive each subsequent only when the previous one was connected to sweet oil.
Step 9
At the next stage, pour almonds and intervene it the basis.
Step 10
Finally, the turn of wheat flour (250 grams minus the tablespoon that we took for dried fruits). It needs to be mixed with a half teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt, and then sift through a sieve. Mix to make a smooth, homogeneous creamy dough. It is not liquid, it keeps the shape, but at the same time very tender.

It remains to add prepared dried fruits.

We intervene a fragrant filler so that each piece is evenly distributed throughout the volume of dough for the future Christmas cupcake Dundie.

We take a round detachable shape for baking with a diameter of 20-22 centimeters. I have a detachable ring (21 centimeters), which I wrapped with cling foil, making the bottom. I installed it on a round bottom from a larger shape. You can, of course, just put it on a baking sheet. We spread the dough and level it. I sprinkled the bottom and side of the shape with sunflower oil without a smell from a special spray gun. As an option, you can lubricate with soft butter and slightly sprinkle with wheat flour (this is the so -called « French shirt '').
Step 14
We decorate the workpiece. To do this, we lay 100 grams of peeled almonds on top of the dough, quite slightly tagging each nuclearine.
Step 15
We bake in the oven preheated to 160 degrees (upper and lower heating without convection) for about 60 minutes. Then we reduce the temperature to 150 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes. I will not say the exact time of baking Kex Dundi, as it depends on many factors. In particular, the features of the oven, the size of the shape … We check the pastry of the baking with a wooden toothpick — it should come out of the dough completely dry.
Step 16
We cool the finished Christmas cupcake in the form, and then remove it. Baking about 1440 grams weighs. Of course, you can eat it immediately, but I highly recommend letting the cups ripen. To do this, wrap the baking with cling film (several times, creating tightness) and put in a dry and dark place. I kept the cupcake on the veranda in the closet, but in the kitchen it will feel great.

And on Christmas we get festive baking, cut portionedly and enjoy tea. If desired, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar, but I do not do that. An unusually fragrant, tasty and beautiful Dandy cupcake will decorate any table. Prepare for health, friends, and pleasant to you appetite!
