    Grate the cheese on a fine or medium grater. The cheese should be solid so that it holds well in breading. In a deep plate or bowl, mix breadcrumbs with grated cheese. The cheese will add a breading not only taste, but also a golden crust.

    Heat the oven to 200 ° C (or 180 ° C, if you use convection). Cover the baking sheet with baking paper.
