Hi all.
We have already turned to the topic of burgers several times and tried completely different combinations of tastes and textures.
Today we will prepare another option — with a piquant blue cheese, a sociable beef cutlet and a bright vegetable salad. It will be tasty, satisfying, juicy and bright!
Product set:
We chop the garlic finely, cut half the onion with a small cube.
We rub the remaining onion on a large grater, add a half of the garlic into the minced meat, salt, pepper to taste, pour 60 ml of cold water, thoroughly knead, beat off a bowl or table, leave at rest for 10 minutes.
We put in a bunch of capers, basil leaves, 1/3 of the leaves of spinach tomatoes, we cut everything slightly with a knife, transfer to a bowl, add a little olive oil, salt, pepper to taste, mix.
Fry the onion over high heat for a couple of minutes.
Add the remaining garlic, sugar, lemon juice, fry half a minute.
We crumble blue cheese in the pan, fry, stirring a minute.
Add the remaining leaves of spinach, salt, mix, remove from heat.
Add a little oil to the pan, sculpt two cutlets with a thickness of 1-1.5 cm from minced meat, fry two minutes over high heat, then a minute on average on each side, transfer to the board, let it rest for a couple of minutes.
Fry the buns over high heat from the inside for half a minute, lubricate the barbecue sauce, put the cutlets on the lower halves, on them is cheese-spinach sauce, then tomatoes with capers.
Sprinkle with dried onions, cover with the upper halves and serve.
Bon appetit!
