Hi all!
Today we’ll try to cook very interesting chicken wings. This recipe was honestly stolen from my sister, which periodically indulges in our forever hungry company with this dish.
Today we will fry them in a pan, although in the summer season I strongly recommend doing this on the charcoal — it turns out even tastier!
We will need the following products:
- Chicken wings (1 kg);
- half a glass of soy sauce;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of honey;
- garlic;
- ginger;
- sesame grains;
- vegetable oil.
First, clean and three on a small ginger gear. We press the garlic:
We take a vessel, pour soy sauce, honey, add ginger, garlic and half sesame seeds there:
Mix thoroughly and rub:
We put our wings in the marinade (here a couple of legs is clogged — they can also be))) and sprinkle with the remaining sesame seeds:
We remove in a cool place and leave to pickle at least an hour and a half.
After that, lay out the wings in the pan with butter and begin to fry over medium heat without a lid:
Fry, turn it over, carefully monitor not to burn:
