Prepare all the ingredients for the preparation of sweets «Cow» at home.
For the recipe, you will need only four main ingredients and two additional ones, without which, in principle, you can do. But! Still, they enrich the taste, so do not let them in.
Firstly, I'm talking about salt that plays in contrast to sugar and makes the taste more saturated.
Secondly, vanilla. It gives a very pleasant additional aroma. Vanil take the one that is at hand. Vanilla sugar, essence, extract or vanilla paste — everything is suitable.
It is important to choose condensed milk with a good composition in which you are sure.

Step 2
Prepare a pan for the preparation of sweets «Layer».
It is very important that she is with a thick bottom. I have not at all an expensive pan, but her bottom is noble, thick. Straight at least a cook, at least fry — everything is for nothing. That's exactly how, time -tested, you need it so that nothing attracts and does not burn.
Pour sugar into the pan, pour milk, condensed milk and add butter.

Step 3
Put the pan on the fire and bring all the contents to a boil.
After that immediately make a small fire and cook, sometimes stirring, about an hour.
In the process, add salt and vanilla.
A small fire on my induction plate is 2 out of 10.

Step 4
About an hour later, the mass will become a very saturated caramel color. And according to the consistency, it will become thicker.
You can check it for a ball. Drill a little on a cold surface and after a couple of minutes try to roll the ball with wet hands. If everything is smeared and nothing slides, cook for another 5-10 minutes.
At the end of cooking, you need to stir often.

Step 5
Give the mass to cool slightly for about five minutes, and then beat with a mixer. The mass will light up a little and begin to thicken in front of his eyes as he cools.
It is important not to give a lot to cool for a long time, since it is covered with a crust on top, which does not really want to melt when whipping.

Step 6
Start forming the cow sweets.
Transfer the mass into candies for sweets or simply pour into any form that is previously better to tighten inside the baking film.

Step 7
Give the candy «cow» to cool in the refrigerator and finally compact. Then get, turn the shape, remove the film and cut sweets with small cubes or cubes.
Well, from the form for sweets, they just need to be neatly twisted.
I did everything in the evening and got sweets in the morning. Just look at the consistency. If it is dense, then it's time to get and cut.

If desired and having time, you can tinker a little. Wrap each «cow» in a baking film chopped with squares.

Everything, Korovka sweets are ready at home.
I have them just in a vase with a lid in the kitchen. They have not yet been exposed for more than a week, eaten 🙂 If you are afraid, you can store in the refrigerator.
A week later, in the kitchen, the sweets remained the same tender, only a little hardened the top, literally a little bit.
