    Kefir choose a little fat content so that the resulting dough is softer. Suitable and low -fat if you want to reduce calories.

  • Step 2

    Wash the sweet and sour apples and remove the core. Use for this a special kitchen cutter or an ordinary knife, making a round incision at the tail. Cut the apples with thick large rings, you should not remove the skin so that the pulp does not leak during cooking. Make sure that there are no bones left in the apples, they can ruin the taste, we will bake apple «rings» completely.

  • Step 3

    Break the egg into the bowl and add sugar, you can use vanillin if you like its taste. Stir the whisk of an egg with sugar for three minutes until a dense foam is formed. For whipping, a hand mixer or a submersible blender with a nozzle is suitable. If you choose the syrup as a sweetener, the foam will form worse. With sugar, the foam will be stable for several minutes.

    Gradually introduce half a glass of oatmeal flour into the mixture, without stopping slowly stiring from the bottom up. Be sure to ensure that lumps do not form.

  • Step 4

    Add kefir to the mixture and continue to whip at slow speed. Next, introduce the remaining flour here. To knead until there are lumps left. The dough should turn out to be dense, but viscous, consistency of fat sour cream. Leave the dough alone for ten minutes.

  • Step 5

    Put the pan on the stove, pour in a very silent vegetable oil or grease the pan with creamy. Wait until it heats up. Or fry in a dry pan, if the coating allows. Gradually lower each apple ring into the dough so that the apple is completely covered with it. Put apples in a pan and fry over medium heat under the lid, turning over, on both sides until full.

    Outside, apples should become slightly soft, and still remain dense inside. If you cook apple pancakes on kefir using a large amount of oil, then the crust on them will be more blurry.

  • Step 6

    Put the pancakes in a large plate. You can sprinkle them with cinnamon (agree, is this all your favorite classic combination?). If you do not like cinnamon, choose tapping to taste: caramel, sour cream, honey. Apple pancakes on kefir are ready. For breakfast, afternoon snack or a snack, they will suit the best. Bon appetit.
