Today we turn to the classics — unforgettable Olivier. We will do it with chicken, but slightly dilute it with fried bacon.
Well, there will be a couple of life hacks in terms of preparing the ingredients.
Product set:
- Chicken breast, 1 pc.
- Potatoes, 1-2 pcs.
- Carrots, 1 pc.
- Fresh cucumber, 1 pc.
- Pickled cucumbers, 60 gr.
- Peas, 60 gr.
- Eggs, 2 pcs.
- Bacon raw -capacious, 50 gr.
- Mayonnaise, 150 gr.
- Mustard, 5 gr.
- Dill
- Vegetable oil, salt
Potatoes, carrots, cucumbers, bacon cut into cubes.
Boil the eggs screwed, cut into a cube.
Pour the chicken with cold water, bring to a boil, remove from the stove, leave it under the lid for 20 minutes, cut into a cube.
Fry the bacon for a couple of minutes, throw it onto a napkin or sieve so that the glass is oil.
We put potatoes and carrots in a plastic bag, tie it, pierce it in the upper part, send it to the microwave for 12 minutes, pour into a bowl of cold water, wash and throw it on a sieve.
Dill chop finely.
Mix all the ingredients, salt to taste.
Serve.
