Today we turn to the classics — unforgettable Olivier. We will do it with chicken, but slightly dilute it with fried bacon.

Well, there will be a couple of life hacks in terms of preparing the ingredients.

Product set:

  • Chicken breast, 1 pc.
  • Potatoes, 1-2 pcs.
  • Carrots, 1 pc.
  • Fresh cucumber, 1 pc.
  • Pickled cucumbers, 60 gr.
  • Peas, 60 gr.
  • Eggs, 2 pcs.
  • Bacon raw -capacious, 50 gr.
  • Mayonnaise, 150 gr.
  • Mustard, 5 gr.
  • Dill
  • Vegetable oil, salt

Potatoes, carrots, cucumbers, bacon cut into cubes.

Boil the eggs screwed, cut into a cube.

Pour the chicken with cold water, bring to a boil, remove from the stove, leave it under the lid for 20 minutes, cut into a cube.
