Today in our program is the salad again. Yes, not simple, but Scandinavian, or rather, Swedish. Information about the Swedish cuisine of our layman does not indulge, and the maximum that we know about it is abundant fish consumption, and lingonberry jam for meatballs in Ikea. Well, the concept of the “Swedish table” was firmly entrenched in fragile minds, tearing out in the early nineties to world resorts, dear Russians).
As for fish, indeed, in Sweden they love and can cook it. Moreover, there are a huge number of methods of pickling, salting and the like canning, including a nasty-fingering surf.
But this is all exotic, and today we will make a very tasty, icy, in winter loud-haired salad of pickled Swedish herring.
Set of products:
- Swedish pickled herring
- Potato
- Green apple
- Quaternary lemon
- Pickles
- Onions
- Red onions
- Sour cream 20%
- Mayonnaise
- Salt and white pepper to taste
