Preparation: Step 1

Prepare the necessary ingredients for the preparation of fish dumplings. For minced meat, I recommend using any fish fillet: cod, pike perch, keta, milk, hek, tilapia, Pangasius or other fish varieties. I am using a huck fillet. You can mix several varieties of fish to get a richer taste.
Remove butter in advance from the refrigerator so that it becomes soft.

Drive a small egg into a deep bowl. Pour salt and turmeric. The turmeric will give the dough a beautiful golden hue and add a thin spicy aroma that perfectly harmonizes with fish mince.

Mix all the ingredients with a manual whisk until smooth.

Pour in water and vegetable oil. Take the oil any refined, and the water is purified or bottled.

Mix all ingredients.

Pour wheat flour in several tricks. Before use, I recommend sift it.

Mix a spoon so that all dry ingredients become wet.

As soon as it becomes difficult to interfere with a spoon, put the dough on the board and knead with your hands, if necessary, pouring a little flour. The dough must be kneaded for 10-15 minutes. You can use a bread maker or tests for a batch of dough, but I like to knead the dough manually. Cover with a kitchen towel or cling film and leave in the kitchen for 25-30 minutes.

Clean, rinse, dry the bow. Skip through a meat grinder. Add to fish minced meat, mix.

Add soft butter to the minced meat, mix.

Pour dried mint, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper. Select select to your liking.

Knead well with your hands and beat off a little.

Rushed the dough with your hands. Divide into four pieces so that it is convenient to work with it. In my case, the dough does not require pouring flour. Cover with cling film and work with each piece in turn.

Roll into a thin layer.

Cut the circles of the desired shape. I have the diameter of the blanks 7 cm.

Add a portion of fish filling to the center of each circle.
Food for future use: 270 home dumplings in 2 hours

Pin the edges tightly and connect the ears, giving the shape of dumplings.

Do so with all the test and filling. I got a whole tray of fish dumplings.
At this step, the workpieces can be sent to the freezer and frozen. After freezing, distribute portions into packages for freezing and keep in the freezer for up to 3-4 months.

Boil water. Side. Lower the blanks. Mix and bring to a boil. Cook fish dumplings over moderate heat for 5-7 minutes.
