Today I’ll tell you about the salad from the guest rare on our tables — milk. Buying them is not so simple. Typically, salmon fish milk are sold in markets or in small fish tents-stores, where they are sawn away from the large “sleepers” frozen into the stone. We were lucky-not far from the house such a tent opened, where, in addition to milk, there are all sorts of other goodies of the water world, but more on this some other time.
They bought to buy, but what to do with them is unclear. Naturally, fried milk was a fairly famous dish, but I did not want to exchange for just fried fish. The search was undertaken by another application of this product and, literally after a couple of minutes, a recipe for a very simple salad surfaced to the surface of the world web, which would be discussed today.
We will need:
- Salmon milk
- Carrot
- Onion
- Mayonnaise
- Pickles
- Potato
We defrost the milk and boil about ten minutes in salted water:
Meanwhile, finely cut onions and three carrots.
We send to pass with a small amount of oil:
Boil the potato, and cut into cubes:
Cucumbers of three on a large grater:
Cool the welded milk and cut into small pieces:
Mix everything:
We fill with mayonnaise and serve:
I must say that the salad is very satisfying. The milk itself is an extremely high -calorie product, and in combination with potatoes and mayonnaise, in general, a bomb is obtained, respectively, sitting on diets, will be devoid of pleasure to enjoy the result.
