Someone does this in a juicer, and then connects the mass and liquid. Someone uses a vegetable bank with a special nozzle. Someone is in a blender. I tried it in a blender, but I still had some tangible pieces.

Add salt with pepper to grated potatoes, an egg, the remaining half onions, flour and chopped garlic.

Knock the dough for pancakes. Try for salt. Potatoes loves her, so salt should be well felt.
If you suddenly see that there is a lot of extra water, then you need to throw the dough into a colander.
The longer the dough is made and the dough costs, the stronger it darkens.

Heat the pan well with the addition of two tablespoons of vegetable oil. Put about one and a half tablespoons of dough, and the minced meat on top, flattened in the form of a flat pancake.

Put the pancakes with minced meat on a baking sheet (I was covered with baking paper).
Put the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
You can do without the oven, and bring to the readiness of the pancake in a pan. Fry on each side for about 7-10 minutes, on medium and less fire. The main thing here is to look so that they do not burn, and regulate the fire. The minced meat during this time will reach readiness. Its is not a thick layer at all.
