The second important ingredient in this recipe is hard cheese. I recommend using such cheeses such as Adyghe, Suluguni or Mozarella.
Rice flour in the recipe can be replaced with rye, whole grain, oatmeal, corn, linen, buckwheat, almond or coconut. But it should be noted that the taste of the finished dish will differ.
Milk can be used with any fat content.
