  • Step 3

    Heat broth in a pan (I always have frozen in the freezer) and add the contents of the pan to it: a fried pumpkin with a bow.
    Bring everything to a boil, reduce the fire and cook for twenty minutes until the vegetables become soft.

    Add pepper, salt, peeled and chopped garlic, ground zira.
    Of course, Zira can not be put, but I really advise!

  • Step 4

    Remove the pan from the fire and turn the mass into homogeneous mashed potatoes. If there is no such blender, everything can be grinded in the bowl of the blender, shifting vegetables with broth there.

    Next, put a pan with pumpkin pure-pure on fire again, pour cream there and warm. It is not necessary to bring to a boil, since cream can be curled up.

  • Step 5

    Fry pumpkin seeds in a dry pan.
