Preparation: Step 1

  • We need 1 long cucumber. My weight is 340 grams.

  • Step 2

    Wash the cucumber and subtly chop the grater of Berner. You can also use a wide vegetable cleaner.

    Our goal is to very subtly cut the strips over the entire length of the cucumber.

    Put the strips of cucumber on the napkins so that they absorb a few liquids released by the cucumber. It is not necessary to crush or put napkins on top. Just let the strips lie down while you make the filling.

  • Step 3

    Bowed red fish quite finely with a knife.

  • Step 4

    Put the filadelphia cheese, chopped salmon and dill in a bowl. Dill can be taken both freshly frozen and fresh. Dry I do not recommend.

    Mix.

  • Step 5

    Strips of the cucumber carefully lay out on each other, with a call of about one centimeter (maybe a little less).

  • Step 6

    If the ends of the cucumber are sloppy, then they can be cut a little. Put the filling along the entire length and smooth.

    It is important that there are no thin-tooth places, everything should spin evenly, without «humps» and voids.

  • Step 7

    Gently tightly twist everything in the roll.

    Here you can just cut and serve. But, if you want to save, then we move on.

  • Step 8

    It is known that cucumbers do not tolerate the test of time very well. So I went to the experiment. Roll spun in a dietary film and put in the refrigerator for exactly a day.

    The next day, a little water was released, but the cucumber remained crispy, and the taste did not change much. And this means that you can well make this snack in the evening, and cut and serve the next day.

  • Step 9

    Sprinkle everything with sesame seeds, cut and decorate as desired. Cucumber rolls with red fish are ready.
