Hi all.
We once talked about the Fernando salad, the recipe of which was spied in a Spanish coastal restaurant.
Today, as they say, a variation on the topic, but more fast and simpler in preparation. We remove boiled vegetables, add a cucumber and a new salad is ready!
Product set:
- Iceberg salad, 1/2 head
- Eggs, 3 pcs.
- Tuna in s/s, 1 bank
- Salad cucumber, 1 pc.
- Red onions, 1 pc.
- Cherry tomatoes, 8-10 pcs.
- Maslin, 1 bank.
- Olive oil, 8 tbsp. l.
- Balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp. l.
- Salt
We clean the cucumber, cut along, remove the pulp, cut the rest with slices. We cut the onion into thin half rings, the olives are cut in half tomatoes in quarters.
Mix olive oil with vinegar until smooth.
Boil the eggs screwed, cut into slices.
We tear the salad with our hands, put everything except the eggs in a deep bowl, season we mix, weak to taste.
We serve, laying out the egg slices on top.
Bon appetit!
