The turkey must be chilled. If you use frozen meat, then it must be thawed in advance in the refrigerator. I used turkey breast. Prepare carrots for soup with turkey and potatoes.
Clean carrots from the peel. Grate on a large grater.

Add carrots and water to the pan. Cover with a lid. Bring to a boil. Prepare soup over moderate heat for about 40 minutes.

Prepare potatoes for soup with a turkey. Clean from the peel. Cut into small identical cubes.

After 40 minutes, the meat should fully prepare and become soft.

Add chopped potatoes. Continue to cook with moderate boiling for another 7-10 minutes until the potatoes are completely prepared.

Add greens and bay leaf at the very end of cooking. Let it boil for another 5 minutes and can be turned off.
Leave to infuse another 10-15 minutes. During this time, the soup will become more saturated.

Soup with turkey and potatoes is ready. It goes very well with sour cream.
